Banco Sabadell
One of the most fulfilling experiences a Brand Designer can have is navigating the challenges and rewards of a corporate environment — and my time at Banco Sabadell was exactly that. It was more than just a job; it was a transformative journey, both professionally and personally.
At this prestigious transnational company, I grew from an Internal Communications Designer to Head of Corporate Design. In that role, I led the creation and implementation of comprehensive design systems that streamlined processes and elevated consistency across all brand touchpoints. These systems weren’t just for designers — they were embraced by cross-functional teams from Legal, HR, and Operations, making brand alignment accessible and intuitive for all.
One of the greatest challenges — and proudest achievements — was ensuring that every design standard I developed was flawlessly applied across internal and external communications: from a simple bank statement to high-production videos where I directed over 20 external collaborators.
Mentoring UX/UI designers, partnering with Product Development, guiding Executive Directors, and aligning with internal teams and vendors taught me how to be a truly multidisciplinary designer — with everything that entails. My time at Banco Sabadell sharpened my skills, deepened my strategic thinking, and ignited a lifelong passion for building brands with purpose and precision.
I'm passionate about branding, and during my time at Banco Sabadell in Mexico, I had the privilege of overseeing one of Spain's top five financial brands.
